Profile

Name, email, phone, and role. Email-and-password sign-in uses an authenticator app. Your phone number is used for the optional additional SMS verification feature.

Company details

Used on invoices and domain registrations, so keep them current:

  • Company name and address — printed on invoices, filed with domain registrations.
  • Website and industry — informational.

Avatar

Upload a square image — PNG or JPEG. It’s resized in the browser before saving. Remove it any time.

Password

Change it from Settings: current password, then the new one twice. Use 12–128 characters with uppercase and lowercase letters, a number, and a symbol, without spaces. A password manager can create and save it for you.

If you forget your password, choose Forgot password on the sign-in screen. Follow the recovery instructions sent to your email: enter the confirmation code when prompted, or open the recovery link. After setting your new password, sign in again and complete any enabled second factor.

Connected accounts

  • GitHub — authorizes deployments from your repositories.
  • Google — link or unlink here. Google-created accounts can sign in with Google. Linking Google to an email-and-password account does not replace its required password and authenticator sign-in.
