- Legitimate interest: Processing for our legitimate business interests, such as fraud prevention, security, and service improvement, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.

4. Third-Party Service Providers
We share your information with third-party service providers who assist us in delivering the Service. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.
| Provider | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services (AWS) | Cloud infrastructure, hosting, AI services (Bedrock), DNS (Route 53), identity (Cognito), browser security and bot verification (WAF) | United States |
| Stripe | Payment processing, credit billing, identity verification (Stripe Identity) | United States |
| Twilio | Two-factor authentication SMS verification codes | United States |
| OAuth authentication, consultation scheduling (Google Calendar) | United States | |
| OpenProvider | Domain registration, transfer, and management | Netherlands |
| GitHub | Repository access for application deployments | United States |
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We only share data with the providers listed above as necessary to deliver the Service.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy:
- Account data: Retained for the duration of your account and deleted within a reasonable period after closure.
- Billing and transaction records: Retained for seven (7) years to comply with tax and financial reporting obligations.
- Server logs: Retained for 90 days for security monitoring and debugging purposes.
- Support communications: Retained for the duration of your account plus 12 months after closure.
- Identity verification data: Managed by Stripe per their retention policy. SetCloud does not store identity documents on its servers.
- Domain registration data: Retained as required by ICANN regulations and registrar agreements.
AI model data handling
Retention depends on the selected model. For Claude Fable 5 and Fable 5.1, AWS retains all inputs and outputs for up to 30 days for automated abuse detection. Flagged content may be reviewed by AWS personnel. Retained content is not shared with Anthropic. Cross-region requests retain content in the region that processes the request. We do not claim an enterprise zero-retention exemption for these models.
The model catalog, playground, agent model selector and API model metadata identify this handling before use. Enabling these models does not impose the same retention on every other model. See the model-specific abuse detection policy for the underlying service requirements.
