The monthly statement
Once a month infrastructure usage is rolled up, itemized, and deducted from credits. AI requests, dashboard-agent model steps, and completed builds settle separately and are not charged a second time in this roll-up. Line items are labeled by product, never by anything internal — you’ll see Managed Databases and Compute lines only when you actually used those products that period; a database-only month shows no Compute line, and vice versa. Each statement shows:
- Infrastructure usage line items, grouped by product — hosting, databases, storage, secrets.
- Credits applied.
- The total.

Payment methods
Add a card any time under Billing & Credits — no identity check needed to save a card, deposit credits, or turn on auto-reload. (A one-time ID check is only required before a premium or aftermarket domain order.) Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
Your saved card is used for credit deposits, auto-reload, and domain checkout — unless you pay with credits.
Domain purchases
Domains are one-time charges at checkout, not part of the monthly roll-up. Pay by card, or entirely with credits when your balance covers the total.
Refunds
- Usage already consumed: non-refundable.
- Unused credit balance: refundable on request — open a support ticket.
- Full policy: /refund.
