Retired Next.js template

The Next.js starter is no longer offered for new template clones. Existing client-owned repositories and deployments are not deleted or changed. The old template repository remains available so existing users can inspect its source and license history.

Existing deployments

An existing generated repository remains an ordinary container project. It can continue to build and deploy from its tracked branch, but it does not receive template updates automatically.

SetCloud will continue to detect and deploy imported Next.js repositories. The retirement applies to SetCloud’s maintained starter catalog, not the general container deployment capability.

Use the template support matrix. React Router 7 with Vite is the maintained full-stack React starter, React with Vite is the client-rendered starter, and Astro is the content-site starter.
