React and Vite template

This starter is for dashboards and browser applications that call an API and do not require server rendering. It produces static assets rather than running an application server.

Build contract

  • TypeScript, React, and Vite
  • npm run build writes deployable assets to dist
  • Unit tests, type checking, locked dependencies, and automated verification
  • /health.json provides a static health response
  • No server credentials bundled into the client build

Run and verify locally

npm ci
npm run typecheck
npm test
npm run build
npm run dev

SetCloud deploys dist as static assets and checks /health.json. Never put a credential in browser-visible configuration.

Clone React + Vite from Projects → New Project → Templates, grant the SetCloud GitHub App access, and deploy the pending project. Choose the React Router starter when the app needs server rendering or server-side route actions.
